Byblos · Lebanon
Byblos Blu is an exclusive seaside residence set into the sandy coastline of Byblos — one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities on earth. Stone-clad residences step down landscaped terraces to a private stretch of beach, moments from the ancient harbour and citadel, for a year-long resort lifestyle on the Mediterranean.

A Proven Track Record
The same team behind Place Pasteur and Abdel Wahab 618 now brings Byblos Blu to life. Those two developments set the standard for five-star gated living in Achrafieh and Gemmayzeh; Byblos Blu extends it to the most exclusive stretch of the Lebanese shore.
Continuity of Team and Vision
Byblos Blu is built on proven relationships. The executive who led Place Pasteur and Abdel Wahab 618 now heads Forefront Development, and key members of that management team have carried through to this project. The architectural and landscape design that shaped Place Pasteur continues here, and a core group of shareholders has backed all three developments — a continuity of people, standards and vision from one landmark to the next.
