A seasoned real-estate executive, entrepreneur and licensed Professional Engineer with three decades across the United States, Lebanon, Cyprus and West Africa. Co-Founder and CEO of Forefront Development, where he launched several developments worth more than $350M — including a prime beach resort in Lebanon, the largest private mixed-use project in Larnaca, Cyprus, and an iconic building in Solidere, Beirut.
As General Manager of CGI, the real-estate development subsidiary of Bank Audi, for 17 years he built the firm into a major developer with $700M+ under management, more than 300,000 sqm across seven developments, and pioneered 2 of Lebanon’s 5 tallest towers. Across his career he has orchestrated $1B+ in development and sales and raised $250M in equity.
He began in engineering, contributing to the 450m Petronas Twin Towers, and served as General Manager of ACC Senegal. MS Civil Engineering, Columbia University; MBA, ESCP-EAP; BE, American University of Beirut; New York State licensed PE.
